Thursday Night Training (TNT)

TNT rides in 2024:

The first TNT ride this Thursday May 2nd is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions and rider safety concerns.

This first ride is being moved to Thursday May 9th at 6:30 PM. This will allow having 5 TNT rides as originally planned. The other four TNT dates will remain the same as indicated on the calendar. Rides will take place after May 9th, on Thursday May 16th and 30th; and continue on June 13th and June 27th. The ride on June27th will be the last TNT ride of 2024.

Rides leave at 6:30 pm from the WDM (Western Development Museum) parking lot at 2610 Lorne Ave.

We cycle together at a easy warm-up pace to arrive at the Pony Trail loop in Riverside Estates which we then use for performing the actual interval training, after which we cycle at an easy cool-down pace back to the start point.
