Tuesday Night Training is a fitness building workout for ALL level of cyclists.
This is a fun opportunity for those wanting to increase their cycling capacity. ALL HORIZON MEMBERS are encouraged to participate – there is no need to be at any particular fitness level to start. The workout program is provided by Craven Sport Services and varies from week to week.
This ride is designed so you will cycle in a group setting, and there is no chance of “getting dropped” as you work the plan at your own ability level. Also, every time you come out for a TNT ride you earn a 50KM credit towards your club mileage accumulation.
The first TNT session for 2019 is planned for Tuesday, May 7th. TNT sessions will continue to run every Tuesday until the end of August. The final session will run on Tuesday August 27th.
TNT sessions start Tuesdays at 6:30PM from the German Cultural Centre, at the corner of Lorne Ave (HWY 219) and Cartwright St.
