TNT rides have resumed as of May 4th, 2021.
TNT rides start at the former German Concordia Club, Tuesdays at 6:30PM. We cycle together at a easy warm-up pace to arrive at the Pony Trail loop in Riverside Estates which we then use for performing the actual interval training, after which we cycle at an easy cool-down pace back to the GCC parking lot.
As with all Horizon 100 rides we will be following the Sask Cycling Association’s COVID Return to Play Protocol.
Tuesday Night Training is a fitness building workout for ALL level of cyclists.
This is a fun opportunity for those wanting to increase their cycling capacity. ALL HORIZON MEMBERS are encouraged to participate – there is no need to be at any particular fitness level to start. The workout program is provided by Craven Sport Services and varies from week to week. For anyone who would like to gain a better understanding of what interval training is all about you can refer to this article that Craven Sports has kindly provided: cravensportservices.ca/interval-training-for-cyclists/.
TNT sessions are planned to run every Tuesday until the end of August. The final session will run on Tuesday August 30th.
